Better Real Estate Valuation, part of Better Group, is a leading real estate valuation and advisory firm in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Sales Executive – Real Estate Valuation to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads for valuation services

• Communicate with clients via calls and emails

• Build strong relationships with corporates, banks, auditors, and law firms

• Present valuation proposals and advisory solutions

• Support revenue growth through new and repeat clients

Requirements

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills

• Experience in sales or real estate / professional services (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Fluency in English & Arabic (preferred)

• التواصل مع العملاء عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني
• بناء علاقات مع الشركات، البنوك، مكاتب المحاسبة، والمحامين
• تقديم عروض وخدمات تقييم واستشارات عقارية
• المساهمة في زيادة الإيرادات والعملاء المتكررين

المتطلبات

• مهارات بيع وتواصل وتفاوض عالية
• خبرة في المبيعات أو الخدمات العقارية (ميزة إضافية)
• بكالوريوس إدارة أعمال أو تسويق أو تخصص ذي صلة
• إجادة العربية والإنجليزية
